70. The owner or operator must ensure that the work related to the installation of an underground tank is supervised by a qualified and independent professional and that the qualified and independent professional inspects the underground tank before and after it is set in place. In case of damage, the owner or operator must have the tank repaired according to the requirements of the manufacturer.
The owner or operator shall send to the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks, once the installation is completed, an attestation prepared and signed by the professional referred to in the first paragraph to the effect that that the installation complies with the applicable standards or indicating that those standards have not been complied with.

70. 70. A qualified professional shall supervise the work related to the installation of an underground tank. He shall inspect the underground tank before and after it is set in place. In case of damage, the tank shall be repaired according to the requirements of the manufacturer.
The professional shall send to the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks, once the installation is completed, a report attesting the conformity of the installation to the standards applicable or indicating that those standards have not been respected.
